ABTech's shop floor has been restructured to support larger assemblies and heavier builds. The new layout improves workflow, accessibility, and throughput, creating space for large-scale production while maintaining the controlled precision environment our systems demand. The new space gives us the ability to produce bigger items in our product lines; bigger rotary tables and bigger spindles.
We added a Hurco VMX6030Di vertical machining center to our production floor. This high-performance milling machine increases our speed, flexibility, and capacity for larger components—all while maintaining the sub-micron precision ABTech is known for. And a new HAAS ST-55 lathe is on its way. This large-capacity turning center will enable us to handle bigger parts with greater efficiency and precision—further strengthening our large-scale manufacturing capabilities.
